To further develop the laboratory chemicals market, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist with a strong foundation in chemistry and a passion for B2B market development.
Job Description
Identify, develop, and maintain customers in laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, food and cosmetic manufacturers, universities, and testing centers.
Provide consultation on laboratory chemicals, solvents, analytical reagents, reference standards, and laboratory equipment tailored to customer needs.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and monitor delivery schedules.
Coordinate with warehouse and import-export departments to ensure timely order processing.
Monitor receivables and support debt collection in accordance with company policies.
Update market trends, competitor information, and propose customer development strategies.
Participate in industry seminars and exhibitions when required.
Report sales performance periodically to management.
Candidate Requirements
College or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of laboratory chemicals and their applications.
Experience in selling chemicals, laboratory equipment, or pharmaceutical raw materials is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documents and COA in English is an advantage.
Proactive and capable of handling sales pressure.
Honest and highly responsible.
