Position: Import–Export Specialist

We are seeking a systematic, detail-oriented, and proactive Import–Export Specialist to join us in our next phase of growth.
Handle import and export procedures for goods (pharmaceutical materials, food ingredients, cosmetics, chemicals).
Prepare and review documentation: Invoice, Packing List, CO, CQ, Bill of Lading, customs declarations.
Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, and related parties.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve issues arising during transportation.
Conduct specialized regulatory registrations/inspections (if required).
Monitor and optimize logistics costs.
Maintain documentation in compliance with GDP/GSP regulations.
Prepare periodic import–export reports.
Bachelor’s degree or College degree in Import–Export, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
No experience is required.
Good knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and HS codes.
Good English reading comprehension for documentation.
Proficient in customs declaration software (ECUS/VNACCS).
Careful, honest, and able to work under pressure.
Process optimization mindset is a strong advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience importing pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients, chemicals, veterinary products, or dietary supplements.
